Dose Amoresoul offer returns?

We accept returns if you contact us at amoresoulcs@outlook.com  within 30 days of receiving your goods. The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that Amoresoul does not cover the cost of return postage, and we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons or on custom products. Thank you for your understanding!

Does Amoresoul offer exchanges?

If you wish to exchange an item you can do this by getting in touch at amoresoulcs@outlook.com  within 30 days of receiving your goods. They then must be received back within 30 days of purchase, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Amoresoul does not cover the cost of exchange postage and does not accept exchanges on earrings (due to hygiene reasons) or on custom products. Thank you for your understanding!

How do I return or exchange my order?

Returning or exchanging your order is super easy.

Email us at amoresoulcs@outlook.com  and tell us why you want to return or exchange your order. If your return is approved we will send you a unique return reference number along with a return address.

Re-package your item(s) carefully in their original packaging along with a note stating your order number, name and address.

Stick the return address onto your package.

Take it to your local post office and make sure you keep your proof of postage.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please email us at amoresoulcs@outlook.com or contact our Instagram account: amoresoul_jewelry, and provide your order details to notify us. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we will gladly cancel it for you.

Quality problem

If you encounter any issues with the quality of the product, please don't hesitate to contact us, as we are always happy to resolve any issues. Our products are handmade, so slight variations are inevitable. However, there’s no need to worry, as all our products come with a two-year warranty. If you experience any quality issues within two years of purchase, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist.

When will I recerive my refund?

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges. We will process your refund within 10 working days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
